The festival's all-vegan food court featured 14 of Chicago's best eats, including Upton's Naturals, The Chicago Diner, Native Foods, Soul Vegan, and Sandi Swiss Sweets, and inspiring guest speakers such as Ginny Kisch Messina and Victoria Moran.
Festival-goers also enjoyed live music and food demos in the Culture Café, featuring tunes by Miss Chicago, Marisa Buchheit, and a chef demo by internet sensation Vegan Black Metal Chef.
VeganMania also featured booths spotlighting loads of vendors and non-profit organizations, including the Mercy For Animals' educational exhibit, where staff and volunteers talked to the thousands of attendees and distributed pro-vegan literature detailing the benefits of a plant-based diet.
