In celebration of Vegan Week, Mercy For Animals is working with restaurants to offer delicious new vegan options during the weeklong celebration. Participating restaurants span the four cities in which Mercy For Animals' offices are located: Chicago, Illinois; New York City, New York; Columbus, Ohio; and Dallas, Texas.

- New York City - Get ready to experience Latin-inspired, 100% organic vegan fare. GustOrganics, New York's premiere organic restaurant, has teamed up with Mercy For Animals and vegan chef and Super Size Me co-star Alexandra Jamieson to feature an exclusive vegan menu during World Go Vegan Week in October.
